Discover where the familiar practices of Sun/Moon Salutations come from and learn different variations from various schools to enrich and inspire your practice and teaching. This is also an opportunity to discuss and shed light on some specific techniques and poses, never explained in regular yoga classes. The course also includes Asana practice inspired by the content, and it can be delivered both online and in person. Price will vary depending on venue / location.
